TABARINAH WILFRED McBARRY is a Senior Lecturer at the Kampala International University (KIU) Ggaba - Kampala, Uganda.
Wilfred holds a PhD. Political Science (International Relations) which he obtained in 2011, a Master of Science in Political Science (International Relations) which he obtained in 2006, and a Bachelor of Science & Public administration which he obtained in 1999. His current research interests lie in International Relations, International organizations, International law and Diplomacy, Foreign Policy, International political economy, Development Politics and public Administration.
