Shakiro Joyce Iluku is an Assistant Lecturer at Kampala International University (KIU). Prior to that, she worked as a Teaching Assistant at the same institution. Shakiro has served as a Counsellor at TASO Tororo where she rendered voluntary service to people living with HIV/AIDS through guidance and counselling. Shakiro has also worked as an Assistant Sales Manager and a Teacher of the Swahili Language. She is one highly creative and innovative who successfully pioneered the first Breast Cancer Awareness Screening and Mammography project at KIU.
Shakiro holds a Master of Arts in Educational Management and Administration from Kampala International University, a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Kyambogo University, and a Certificate in Computer packages obtained from ABCOM Computer Science Institute. She is also proficient in planning, organization, and project management.
She works relentlessly to maintain the academic standards at the Kampala International University (KIU) as shown through her commitment to educate.
