Rosette Natukunda is working in the Department of Marketing and Public Relations at Kampala International University as a Customer Care Officer. She has more than five years working experience in dealing with customer care service. In her current role as a bursary officer, she is able to interact with customers, help them process their documents for bursary, and deal with customer’s inquiries.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations Management from Ndejje University.
Rosette has also had different assignments with international organizations such as the World Health Organization, where she has worked as a facilitator and an independent monitor respectively. Between 2015- 2016, she worked as a data entrant and data collector at M&E Associates.
She likes dancing, music, travelling and watching movies in her free time.
