AKINBEBIJE CHRISTIANAH OLUFUNBI (Ph.D.) is a senior Lecturer in Education and foundation Department, College of education open and Distance Learning at Kampala International University Uganda. Before joining KIU she was a Lecturerin Department of Social Studies, All State College of Education, Ero Akure, Ondo State (2007-2018), an Administrative Officer –Pre-Degree office, Faculty of Education, University of Ado Ekiti, Nigeria (NYSC 2002).
She holds a Ph.D. in Guidance and Counseling from Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti, a Masters in Guidance and Counseling and a Bachelors of Guidance and Counseling from University of Ado Ekiti (UNAD) Nigeria respectively.
she is the Chairman (Advisory Committee) College of Education, Open and Distance e- Learning, Kampala International University and also a member of International Association for counselling (IAC), Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, (TRCN) and Counselling Association of Nigeria, (CASSON).
Her research interest includes Poverty Reduction, Adolescent Mental Health, Cultural factors and sexual practices of women living with HIV/AIDS, Poverty Alleviation through Educational services.
