Fredrick M Williams is a Graduate Assistant at Kampala International University (KIU), School of Engineering and Applied science, Department of Electrical telecommunication and computer Engineering. Fredrick has more than 5 years teaching experience in applied and analogue electrical systems, and engineering mathematics.
He holds a Masters in Telecommunication Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ndejje University, Kampala-Uganda. Fredrick has also published a research paper titled ‘A hybrid topology for the next generation 5G dense HetNets’ focusing on Real time Loading of Units on Prepaid Energy Meters Using GSM Technology.
Prior to joining Kampala International University, Fredrick worked with Ndejje University as a Graduate Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering, in the Department of Electrical Engineering. He also worked as an Assistant Project Engineer for Haso Engineers Company Limited where he oversaw the construction of a 70.77km33KV and a 165.14km LV line. Fredrick also contributed towards the construction of the 6.5km 11KV Line which included installation and commissioning of new transformers, excavation of pits for poles, pole positioning, erection and dressing, plus line clearance.
Fredrick has proficient expression and communication skills, is a result-oriented team leader, and has a solid understanding of Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering concepts.
