TOBORA OMOLOMO ODUNAYO is the Lecturer in The Department Of Human Resource Supply And Procurement in Kampala International University (KIU) Uganda. He is also an Educator, a Teaching and Learning Coordinator for The Department of Human Resource And Supply Management. She is also the Humanitarian Officer International Center for Youth Development (NGO). 

Tobora has a PhD in waiting from the Universiti of Malaysia, a Master of Science Degree in Business Adminsitration Option Human Resource, a Master of Science Degree in Transport Management , a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics Major, all obtained from the Lagos State University in Ojo-Nigeria in 2012, 2007, 2009, and 2005 respectively.

Tobora has taught many undergraduate courses ranging from year one to year four and honours levels from January, 2006 to 2014. He has also taught some courses at Diploma Levels at Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Business Administration, and Marketing. He has supervised up to 70 honors research projects, and co-supervised eight masters’ dissertations. He has published a number of articles including the Organization and HRM Strategies as Moderator of Business Performance in Emerging Economy: A Structural Equation Modelling Approach published in the International Journal of Business and Management Studies, and Structural Determinants of Job  satisfaction: Mutual Influence of Compensation Management and Employee  Motivation published in the Journal of Economics and Behavioural Studies.

He is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Transport (CIT)) in Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He completed research on The Role of Performance Appraisal on Human Resource Management in Union Bank Nigeria, Effects of Information and Communication Technology on Human Resource Management in EcoBank Nigeria Plc, and the Effects of E-Banking on Employees’ Job Security in Nigerian Banking Sector. Tobora has administrative and managerial experience in teaching and learning coordination for Human Resource Supply and procurement for Kampala International University (KIU).
