VICTORIA GAKII MAINGI is a Lecturer at the Kampala International University School of Law. Prior to that, Maingi was a Legal Officer at the Energy Technology Institute, a Legal Officer at the International LLC (United Arab Emirates) (Upstream/Midstream Sector), a Legal Officer at the Ramco International (U) Ltd (Ramco Gas) (Midstream Sector), and an Administrative Manager at Nanjala & Company Advocates.
Maingi holds a Doctorate of Laws (LL.D) in Public Law obtained from the Nelson Mandela University in South Africa in 2016, a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Kampala International University in Kampala-Uganda in 2014, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Busoga University in Iganga-Uganda in 2010. She is an active member and official Organising Secretary at the Busoga University Law Society and a Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Kampala Muyenga Breeze.
Aside from publishing a number of online and print articles and journals, Maingi endeavours to work diligently with Kampala International University to nurture the institution’s students, carrying them towards a future of innovation and excellence, and a way of life in which their full potential will be explored.
