Bulhan Samanya is the Deputy Dean of Students Affairs, Kampala International University (KIU). He holds a PhD in Public Management, Master in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Arts with Education from Kampala International University.
He has been a Lecturer for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, the Head of Department Business Administration, the Faculty Coordinator Teaching &Learning, and the Coordinator Internship Program and Long Distance Learning at KIU. He has also served as the Coordinator for the Human Resource Association of Uganda.
Bulhan participated in the Advanced Research Design course in Nairobi which focused on research philosophy. He has co-published papers like ‘Impact of salary on performance of teachers of UPE in Bulamogi Sub County’, and ‘The use of computers by KIU Students’.
In the course of his leadership and service, he has spear headed the curriculum review and appointed internal and external examiners for the purposes of enhancing professional teaching and learning whilst working relentlessly to maintain the academic standards at the Kampala International University (KIU).
