Ms. Victoria Masiko is a front desk manager at Kampala International University (KIU) main campus in Kampala.
She is a highly organized and energetic employee with the passion to relate with different kinds of people, able to work on her own initiative and as part of a team.
Over time, she has demonstrated the ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure and also proven leadership skills involving managing developing, and motivating teams to achieve desired objectives.
During her time of service as a front desk manager, she has had a great deal of success in the peak seasons of admissions and graduations between June and August 2018.
Victoria has mastered the art of perfect and effective telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills and established a cordial working experience between fellow staff and the clients.
She previously worked with Opportunity Bank in Uganda in the department of Customer Care Relations and she was tasked with Monitoring and maintaining information in relation to clients with loans, Opening, updating, and streamlining client’s files and records, recording loans and disbursements as well as accounts opened, managing, coordinating and writing minutes of the meetings and, marketing the bank.
She has a Bachelor of Adult and Community Education obtained from Makerere University and currently pursuing a Masters in Women and Gender studies from the same University (Makerere).
Victoria has skills in excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy and time management skills, multitasking, and organizational skills.
She was born on 9th October 1992 and is still single.
