Annet Namugenyi is a Secretary at Kampala International University (KIU). She has an experience of six years in carrying out administrative work and office management in the Department of Economics and Statistics. She has also worked as a Marketing Officer/Secretary at Basomesa Investment Limited (Kayunga, Uganda).
Annet has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Management, and a Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Office Management from Kampala International University. She has attended workshops and received training on Research Methodology Human Resource Management, Maternal Reproductive Health (organized by women Members of Parliament in Kayunga district), and also attended Viva-voce where students present to acquire more skills.
She has acquired and retained knowledge in Office Management Practices, Computer, short handwriting, political and administrative studies, and research while working as a secretary at Kampala International University. Her character is permeated by endurance, self-incentive, hard work and a strong passion to take on challenges that make her a first-rate resource person especially for humanitarian academic community development and practice. She has good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word with excellent skills in report writing, problemsolving, interpersonal skills, and she is a good time manager.
Annet likes to read newspapers, magazines and attend Bible study and Quran competitions, whilst also touring new places listening to gospel music in her free time.
