Bashabire Hope is a Monitoring Officer at Kampala International University (KIU) where she has also worked in the Department of ICT as an Assistant Supervisor.  

She currently monitors employee activities, confirms compliance with security regulations, monitors the cleanliness of the environment that includes lecture rooms, washrooms, teaching facilities such as lights, computers, and projectors, attends meetings assigned by the Director with the Schools, monitors research publications, VIVA-VOCE and Work In Progress for Postgraduate students.  

Hope is currently studying Computer Science at Kampala International University – Kampala, Central Region. She holds a Diploma in computer Science from the same institution. She is highly skilled in tactical planning, intelligence gathering, data analysing, relationship building.   

Hope is a Compliant Monitor experienced in ensuring company operations conform to company standards, best institution practices, and applicable regulations. She trains departments in institution guidelines and requirements, develops business procedures, monitors operations, and prepares reports. She is also an excellent researcher. Hope is a team player, who accomplishes tasks well and in time. She is a self-motivated and result-oriented person with strong analytical, conceptual and excellent communication skills
