Susan Aloyo is a an IT professional with Bachelors Honors in IT obtained from Kampala International University.

She has been in the industry for  4 years practically interfacing with the outside world other than class room environment. Major Skills attained during the practical exposure while at SolarNow Uganda Limited are :

• AWS Cloud Service Administration
• Microsoft Power BI.
•  ICT Infrastructure & Network Administration & ICT End User Support.
• IT Security Analysis.
• DRP (IT Disaster Recover Planning).
• Systems Backup and Recovery.

While at SolarNow, she won the best employee of the month by meeting the Company target of achieving overall system down-time of 30 Minutes for the entire first quarter of 2018 having been assigned the  IT Security & Compliance officer in Jan-2018 in charge of systems Audit and advisor in the Network, System Security. 

She also  designed IT policies such as DRP, Information Security, Data Privacy which are being used by the organization up to date.

She is currently a Research & Innovation Officer in the Directorate of Research,Innovation, Consultancy & Extension and pursuing  a Master of Science Software Engineering at Kampala International University.
