ADEKE VIRGINIA is the Deputy Director Information and Communication Technology at Kampala International University (KIU). Prior to that, she worked as a Part Time Lecturer at Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) School of Computing and Engineering, and a Lecturer at Livingstone International University, School of information technology. She is a highly motivated engineering graduate who is able to quickly grasp new technical information and communicate that information to others in an understandable manner.
She holds a Master in Electronic Communication and Computer Engineering, and a Bachelor in Electronic and Communication Engineering both from the University Of Nottingham in UK. She has done research on speech recognition systems which involved both hardware and software analysis and even worked with Scicom Company (Malaysia) in data analysis and troubleshooting.
Adeke is a team player with excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
