Mr. Mpairwe Anthony is an assistant lecturer at the department of Public Administration, Kampala International University, western campus.
He has a Masters of Social Work from Uganda Christian University, Bishop Barham University Kabale Campus (2012). He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies (Project Planning and Management option) awarded by Mbarara University of Science and Technology in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University in 2005.
He is also a Lecturer and Coordinator of Research & Publications, Department of Social Work and Social Administration, Bishop Stuart University Mbarara, since March 2007.
In 2014, Anthony was appointed an examination scout to ensure and promote quality assurance of examinations in the Faculty of education at Bishop Stuart University.
He as well served as a Lecturer (Facilitator) at Institute of Advanced Leadership, Nsambya Kampala in 2016-2007, a Research Assistant at Cultural Heritage Centre Kampala, May- November 2006, and a Data Entrant at Consumer Insight Uganda, Kampala, August 2005- March 2006.
Anthony was an Economics Teacher at Bishop Ogez High School Bushenyi, as well as a Geography and Political Education Teacher, at Nyabubare S.S.S, Bushenyi in 2002.
In 2001, He worked as a Polling Assistant with the Electoral commission of Uganda.
