Moses Tulibasika is an Attendant in the office of the Vice chancellor at Kampala International University (KIU). He helps organize and file documents for the Vice Chancellor, deliver documents to different offices both inside and outside the university, and welcome visitors in to the office.  

Tulibasika holds a Diploma in Public Administration from KIU and a Certificate in Business Administration from Makerere University.  

Moses is a dedicated and self-motivated professional who is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts. He communicates well and has the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people. He also possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concisely with clients/colleagues, and to perform effectively under significant pressure whilst being able to demonstrate a high level of motivation required to meet the tightest deadlines. He is always interested in sharing constructive ideas and counseling.
