The Communications and Public Relations team at KIU Western Campus held a meeting today to strategize on how to show the best about KIU to the world.

The meeting, which was chaired by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Finance and Administration Assoc. Prof. Janice Busingye, took place at the Engineering Department and was also attended by the new Deputy Public Relations Officer for KIU-WC, Collins Kakwezi and the KIU Web Administrator, Oluwole Afolabi.

Dr. Janice requested the team to work hand in hand so as to meet their daily target and “think outside the box”. She added that KIU – WC had many interesting things that could make good reads for the general public.

The team, which included members of the guild council, pledged to do their best to showcase the best KIU has on offer. 

The new Deputy PRO encouraged them to approach him for anything regarding news ideas and also be very creative.
